Yoga for Structural Health
A clinical Viniyoga approach to the body’s most common structural conditions
Yoga can be a valuable tool for structural healing when it is applied with care, clinical awareness, and an understanding of each person’s needs. This three-day immersion introduces yoga teachers, practitioners, and movement professionals to a clinically grounded Viniyoga framework for working with common structural conditions. Participants will explore practical approaches for the lower back, sacrum, upper back, neck, hips, and shoulders. The workshop is suitable for yoga teachers supporting students with structural concerns, practitioners managing ongoing discomfort, health and movement professionals, and anyone interested in developing a deeper therapeutic yoga practice. The content is informed by the clinical Viniyoga framework developed by Gary Kraftsow, Founder and Director of the American Viniyoga Institute™, with an emphasis on adaptation, breath, and individual function.
